I think the thing to remember is to give yourself a designated one hour every week, for starters.
One Hour For Me!
First 10 mins- Pre-Shampoo hair treatment using De Lorenzo Essential treatments protein complex and Oil Balance. This treatment is our "busy woman's full proof and effective" hair treatment. Once a week spray the Protein Complex on first then the Oil Balance, brush thoroughly with a detangle brush, several times to make sure you stimulate your scalp and spread the treatment evenly.
Next 20mins – off you go into the shower and give yourself a body buff with your favourite exfoliate or body wash, gives the hair time to absorb. Proceed with a shampoo prescribed from the De Lorenzo Haircare range. My personal favourite is Moisture Balance shampoo, lather up the hair twice, follow up with Essential treatment equilibrium, rinse your body wash/exfoliate and then rinse off the equilibrium.
Next 30mins – out of the shower gentle towel dry the hair, moisturise body with favourite body oil/moisturiser , apply to hair a leave-in moisturiser or as we call it the 3rd step to your beautiful hair. We recommend De Lorenzo Instant Restructurant , Instant Saturate or Infinite Detangler. Give your hair a dry off or blowdry.
The best hour in your week will help retain the quality of your colour whether it is natural or coloured or just dehydrated.
This little routine is awesome, it not only can be done in 15mins but looks great all day. Inika Organic make-up has a simple and healthy regime for you busy ladies. On freshly cleansed and moisturised skin apply the following:
Pure rosehip or enrich rosehip to special areas of concern- dry patches, blemishes, creases and lips.
Primer is then applied evenly and sparingly – one pump is plenty.
Apply BB cream or liquid foundation evenly and sparingly- again one pump is plenty.
Or loose mineral or baked foundation.
Using your kabuki brush once set give your base a good buff to polish the base.
A little bronzer under the cheek bone, into the temple and under the jaw gives a healthy glow and shape definition.
Using a loose mineral highlighter or shadow apply just under the arch of the brow, along the top of the cheek bone and sometimes on the eyelid.
Add a little bit of colour to the eyes but keep it soft.
Pop on your mascara and lip product colour of your choice.
Voila a fresh, healthy looking you in 15mins.
Looking beautiful and feeling great doesn't have to take a lot of your time, all you need is to pick a regime such as these two ideas and put yourself first one hour a week and 15mins a day.
